Music at Trinity  

Music is an important part of the ministry and mission of Trinity Lutheran church.   Our musicians lead the congregational singing and provide special music in worship.  We are blessed with a talented and creative music staff and excellent volunteers in our music program.  Music is a part of our education ministries, our retreat programs, and part of those special events in the life of the congregation.  

Martin Luther saw music as the “creation and gift of God,” and as an “outstanding gift of God and next to theology.”¹   All our music is focused on giving thanks and praise to God.  Our children learn the basic music skills necessary to sing, play bells or an instrument; they are also taught the role of music in inspiring the congregation, leading the liturgy, and giving glory to God with their musical gifts. Musicians of all ages have opportunities to explore their musical gifts and to share them with the people of God.  

The congregation of Trinity Lutheran supports and joins in the songs of thanks of praise to God through our music programs.   May our music and worship continue to bless us all as we sing and play to the glory of God!
