TRINTY LUTHERAN PRESCHOOL seeks to provide a physically safe and emotionally secure setting where children can explore and experiment with a variety of materials and experiences. We encourage cooperative play and foster independence and positive self-esteem. Children will be involved in age appropriate activities that will encourage their physical, social, mental, emotional and spiritual growth.

The enrollment period has two distinct phases: 1) Returning & Member enrollment, and 2) Open enrollment. Trinity Lutheran Preschool takes every action to place children in the requested class and time. On occasion, demand for certain classes exceeds the amount of available space. In order to ensure a fair and systematic registration process, classes will be filled based on certain criteria. A points system has been developed giving preference to returning children/families and TLC members during the Returning & member period. All applications for returning students/families and members must be submitted by 5:00 pm on February 3, 2010 in order to be given special consideration for enrollment. After this date, applications will be made available to the public and classes will be on a first come first serve basis, regardless of their Trinity Lutheran affiliation or previous enrollment.

The point system is as follows:
                         Trinity Lutheran Church Member:                          2 points
                        Returning Preschool Child (including 2's & You):      2 points
                         Returning Preschool Family:                                  1 point

If children who register have the same point value and request the same class and time, Trinity Lutheran Preschool will examine the following: Child’s birth date, Staff recommendation for class placement, date and time application is submitted. All Children must be of the correct age and toilet trained.

CLASS SCHEDULE FOR SEPTEMBER 2010 – MAY 2011 IS AS FOLLOWS:

3-YEAR-OLD CLASS: Tuesday/Thursday, 9:00-11:15 AM
4-YEAR-OLD CLASS: Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 9:00-11:30 AM
* OLDER 4’s/YOUNG 5’s: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, 12:30-3:00 PM
*Child must be 4 years of age by August 1^st

Tuition for 2010 – 2011
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Class -- $1,340.00 — Four payments of $335.00
Monday/Wednesday/Friday Class -- $980.00 — Four payments of $245.00
Tuesday/Thursday Class -- $725.00 — Four payments of $181.25

SCHEDULE OF TUITION PAYMENTS
Payment in full on June 30^th is appreciated, however for your convenience we offer the following payment plan:
Quarterly Payments:
1^st payment………June 30^th
2^nd payment………August 31^st
3^rd payment………October 29^th
4^th payment………February 28^th

A $50.00 registration fee must be submitted for the application to be processed. You will be notified by mail with a Confirmation of Placement. The Registration fee will be refunded only if the child is denied the class requested and an alternate class is not chosen. For questions, contact Andrea Berchert.
